Sneaky peak number 2

Here are 2 more sneaky peeks from the stunning new double CD which will be pick of the week from Friday 3rd Jan 2014.

Both cards are made with images from the BeBunni Baby CD

This card used one of the Card Companion designs along with 2 0f the coordinating backing papers.

I used the Chantilly lace Frame die with some silver mirror card behind the topper. I then added some paper flowers, a bow with a Epiphany oval 25 with metal frame to finish.

This card was made using the same image but from the Mega Page section of the CD. These are images that can be used for larger projects or reduced in size for smaller cards.

I printed the image but did not make up the decoupage layers that came with it. I matted and layered it onto some coordinations and then put onto card base which was at least 10x10.

To finish some paper flowers and leaves and a couple of metal corners.

Thanks for stopping by and make sure you see more sneaky peeks from the rest of the team over the next week. xxx

On the corner of the pockets I have used the Lace border die 3. To finish page 1 I have used the epiphany tool round 14 with a image from the epiphany section of the CD.

Page 2 I have used the 9th design of note-lets and finished the page with a Epiphany scalloped circle 25.

Embossalicious Grande Dots

Over the next few days the lovely Leann and Dawn will be on Create and Craft with some stunning demos using some of the Embossalicious folders and some stunning stamps. Check out the Create and Craft website for show times.

I have made a couple of samples using the Grande Dots embossing folder.

The first sample is using the stunning Sweet treats embossing boards.

I made this set of 3 small milk cartons in a stand following the instructions on the Sweet treats CD

I made up the cartons first using some centura pearl card and then using some Black card I embossed this in the Grande dots folder.

To finish I made up some flowers using the Small Rose quilling die. The sentiment is from the Imagine stamp set.

This next card is again using the Grande Dots folder but I used some specialist copper coated card  which i embossed and then sanded. You would get the same result with coodinations cardstock.

The centre flower is the Ornamental Flower Frame with a sentiment from the sentimentals imagine stamp set.

The 2 corners have  Diesire Romatic Swirls cut from copper coloured card. I just added some small flowers to finish

Make sure you keep an eye on the Create and Craft schedule to see when the fab team from Crafters Companion will be on. xxx

The stamps used are from Sheena Douglass A Little Bit Sketchy range.

More Sweet Treats

Hi,

I thought I would share another  Gable Christmas Sweet Treats box made using the stunning Sweet Treat Embossing boards from Crafters Companion .

I printed a backing paper from the Barkley Christmas papercrafting CD onto light card and embossed on the board following Sara's instructions from You Tube. These are great and so easy to follow if you are new to embossing boards.

Once I had made the box up I attached some cream lace around the middle and die cut some Ivy using the diesire die and some Coordinations card. I then made up a rose using the Diesire quilling dies and attached this at the top right hand corner of the box.

I cut out a Diesire scalloped tag using some cream card and added a sentiment from the Diesire sentimental stamp range and added some red ribbon and a couple of snowflakes to finish.

Another box made and ready for its home made christmas gift.

Christmas Sweet Treats

Well its not to long until Christmas is here so I thought I should make some boxes for some of the gifts I have made.

The Sweet Treats embossing boards from Crafters Companion are just the thing and there are great You Tube clips to help you if you are stuck for ideas.

For my 1st project I took 2 sheets of A4 card and using the Makey Bakey Mice Christmas CD I printed out my chosen design which was from the coordinating paper section.

I then embossed the card on the Gable box board and cut out and assembled as per Sara's instructions on the you tube clip.

To decorate I used a topper from the Makey Bakey christmas papercrafting kit and embossed some Centura pearl card using the Diesire Snowflake die

To finish I Embossed some more Centura pearl using the Scalloped Tags and stamped a sentiment on from the Christmas sentimental stamps and a bit of ribbon to finish.

Gable box

Project number 2 was the Milk carton from the same embossing boards.

I made this from plain card and then decorated with some papers printed from the Makey Bakey Christmas CD  and again added some of the stunning snowflakes a another topper from the Christmas papercrafting kit.

Another tag and sentiment as above.

Large Milk Carton

Its Here!!!!!!

Well the day is here.......make sure you tune in to Create and Craft at 12..for the launch of this stunning new pick of the week.I am sure it will be hopping of the shelves as soon as its launched!

My last sneaky peeks are of 2 cards I made using elements from the CD

Card number 1 was made using some of the backing papers which I matted and layered onto some coordinations card stock. The topper was just printed off from the toppers section and mounted onto more coordinations. I added a flourish, a sentiment from the stamp sets and a flower that I made using the Camelia Quilling die with a sparkle gem in the middle.

Card number 1

Card 2 was just as easy...the papers and toppers on this CD are just so adorable that you want to use them all. Again I matted and layered the topper and backing papers onto some coordinations and added a sentiment from the stamp set and a few paper flowers.

I hope you have enjoyed these sneaky peeks and I am sure that you are going to fall in love with this stunning new pick of the week.

Only 1 day to wait until Bebunni

Well the day is almost upon us when Bebunni will start hopping of the shelves as Pick of the Week on Create and Craft.

This is a milk carton that I made sing some of the stunning foiled card from the Hunkydory kit.

Crafters Companion will be launching some new score boards during Birthday week and this milk carton is on one of the boards. It is also one of the projects that we were lucky enough to make at the Craftaganza this year.

Sneaky peek number 6

Only 2 more sleeps until the launch of the Pick of the Day on Create and Craft.

My sneaky peek this afternoon is again made using the Hunkydory kit that goes along side the pick of the Week. I just love this kit !!!!

For this card I made a base using Centura pearl card and on the front added a piece of the foiled card from the kit. I matted and layered some of the backing papers onto mirror card and added to the card base and then added the topper, sentiment and some card candi to finish.

Taking another sheet of the card from the kit I scored it using my Ultimate Pro along the gatefold and half fold A4 lines to create a pop up centre.I attached this to the front of the card blank I had already added the topper to.

I added some silver card to the back of the aperture which I had created using a spellbinder die. I added a little swinging topper using some clear thread attached at the top and bottom of the aperture. I then attached the back of this section to the card blank.

I made up another A5 card blank out of centura pearl and attached this to the back of the original card and into this I added one of the stunning inserts from the kit.

It is easier to make than it sounds..lol.

Bebunni..not long to wait

Well its not long to wait now until the launch of the Pick of the Week on Create and Craft.TV.

Todays sneaky peek is made using the Hunkydory kit which is just stunning.

I made a box out of Centura pearl which I then covered with some of the stunning papers from the kit. I added a few toppers and some ribbon and then a little gift tag...

To go inside the box I made some little mini cards.

There is a page of toppers in the kit that have small little images with numbers 0-9 on so using some backing paper bits that I had left over I made  10 cards perfect for inside the box and a perfect gift.

Bebunni...number 4

This afternoons sneaky peek is made from the CD which launches as Pick of the Week on Create and Craft.tv on Friday.

As we all know someone who is due to have a baby and as all the images on this CD are just perfect for children and babies I decided to use one of the fabric companions from the CD to make a perfect little baby grow....

I printed out one of the fabric companions onto the printable fabric transfer paper and then ironed it onto a tiny little baby grow following the easy instructions on the pack...its just so cute.......

I then made a gift box for it to go into using some Centura pearl card and my Ultimate pro. I added some acetate to the aperture which I had embossed in the A4 Embossalicious Patchwork Quilt folder. I just added a embellishment from the CD and  a little bow to finish.

Bebunni sneaky peeks

Todays sneaky peek is made from the CD that is the Pick of the Week launched on Friday on Create and Craft.TV

I wanted to make something a little bit different to a card so I came up with the idea of a Birthday Book.

I printed of a topper from the toppers section and some coordinating backing paper from one of the design sets (which are all scummy) and mounted them onto some mirror card, one for the front and one for the back.

I then stuck 6 shaped greeting cards together  and wrapped another one around them to create a book.

I wrapped some ribbon around the book and then stuck down the backing paper and topper on the front and a matching piece of paper and mirror card on the back which held the ribbon in place.

To finish I added one of the Epiphany images from the CD made using the Scalloped round 25 epiphany tool and epoxy topper and a few pearls.

Inside I printed out some note papers from each of the 12 design sets and using the verse writer added the name of the month. To finish I added a little topper to each page.

There you have it the perfect gift for someone who always forgets Birthdays!!!

Plain and Simple

Today may well be the last time I get to play in my craft room before I go into hospital on Monday for a 3 week long stay.....how am I going to cope with no crafting for that long thats all I am worried about..lol.

Todays card is just something plain and simple for a friends wedding anniversary.

I have used a Darice butterfly embossing folder from Crafters Companion and embossed some white Centura pearl card. I then matted and layered this onto some Ivory Centura pearl and then some more of the white.

The card base is also centura pearl . I added a die cut butterfly , some pearls and a sentiment to finish. Just plain and simple but very effective.

I will try and keep an eye on everyones blogs when i get chance over the next few weeks but look forward to coming home and catching up on all your stunning creations x
